This background became especially valuable when Airbus Defence and Space Hungary approached us with a unique request: to support the market introduction of one of their cutting-edge communication technologies.

The task was clear but challenging. Airbus wanted to understand how this new solution could fit into the Hungarian market, identify potential partners, and determine the right strategy for launch. To achieve this, our team conducted a comprehensive market research project, interviewing more than forty leading Hungarian companies from various industries, each a key player in its field.

Through these interviews, we mapped the needs, challenges, and future expectations of local businesses. The insights formed the basis of a strategic recommendation to Airbus outlining which market segments to prioritize, how to approach communication and partnership building, and what timeline would ensure the strongest market entry.

What made this project particularly special was its pioneering nature. Airbus had not conducted similar research in any other European country before. This meant our work had to be both locally grounded and globally applicable. We built a framework that focused on Hungary’s unique business environment, but we also designed our conclusions so that they could be easily adapted for other European Union markets, or even beyond.

By identifying universal pain points and cross-sectoral opportunities, the final report became a strategic tool not only for Hungary, but for future regional expansions as well. The result was a detailed, 100-page analysis including market research findings, strategic proposals, and a step-by-step market penetration plan.
