#OneHumanity
Consoulution will support the UN Alliance of Civilizations’ Sport for #OneHumanity initiative in 2026, building on years of involvement and a strong belief in sport’s power to drive real change.

There are projects that stand closer to the heart than others. For us, the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations initiative, Sport for One Humanity, is one of them.
Our connection to this work did not begin this year. Earlier in his career, while serving as Head of Diplomatic Relations and CSR at the International Teqball Federation, Consoulution co founder Gergely Murányi worked with the UNAOC initiative as a partner from the international sports federation side. That period meant more than institutional cooperation. It meant travel, conversations, and experiences that reshape how a person sees the world.
Many charitable initiatives speak about impact. Fewer people have the chance to witness that impact up close. During those years, there were visits to places most of us only see on the evening news. Refugee camps, remote communities, families living in conditions that are difficult to imagine from the comfort of a Western city. Faces that might appear in a photo online suddenly had names, stories and personalities. A child’s smile was no longer an abstract symbol, but a real expression of hope in circumstances that required daily resilience.
When professional responsibility allows you to focus on such causes, and when you can stand face to face with the people these initiatives aim to support, something changes, you begin to understand how even the smallest gesture, a shared game, a simple moment of attention, can create meaningful impact.
This is why it is a special moment for us to now support the Sport for #OneHumanity initiative as a communication agency. We know from experience that sport is more than competition. In communities affected by conflict, displacement or social vulnerability, sport offers structure, dignity and connection. It creates space where children and young people can experience normality, teamwork and joy.
The campaign, which began earlier this year, will reach an important milestone on April 6, the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace. In the months leading up to it, several international sports organizations will actively take part in the communication efforts, helping to amplify stories that deserve global attention.
In many parts of the world, daily life requires a level of strength that is difficult to comprehend from a position of stability. Parents and children navigate challenges that go far beyond what most of us consider ordinary. We believe that sharing positive examples matters. Showing what sport can do in these environments is not about promotion, it is about recognition and respect.
As Gergely Murányi puts it:
“Finding the common language of peace through sport can unite all of us, since a joyful smile means the same in any part of our world.”

Over the coming months, we will contribute our experience in strategic communication to support this message. We encourage everyone to follow the social platforms of Sport for One Humanity and witness how sport can bring people together across cultures, religions and borders.
For us, this is not simply a project. It is a continuation of a journey we deeply believe in.
